SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - Survivors of last year’s terrorist attack in San Bernardino say they aren’t getting the treatment they need and they’ve taken their complaints to county supervisors.

The Riverside Press-Enterprise says (https://bit.ly/2gQh50b ) at least 11 survivors of the Dec. 2 attack at a county building were on hand for a special meeting of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.

Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, killed 14 people and injured 57 before dying in a shootout with authorities.

Survivors have complained about having workers’ compensation claims denied and having trouble obtaining drugs, counseling and other treatment to deal with the emotional and physical aftermath.

One survivor told supervisors on Monday that she was begging them for help.
