SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The University of Utah says police officers will be patrolling school parking lots more frequently after a student this week reported being raped in her parked car by a man wearing a mask.

The school said Tuesday that investigators are looking over surveillance video from the parking lot near the school’s Merrill engineering building where the student reported the attack.

The female student told police that on Monday, an armed man wearing a Grim Reaper-style mask forced her into the back seat of her car and assaulted her.

The man then fled the area on foot.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2eULsAR) university police are processing evidence but they have no suspects.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact campus police.
