Continuing an all-out attack on Donald Trump’s character and integrity, Vice President Joseph R. Biden on Wednesday said the Republican billionaire “doesn’t deserve to be president” because of his denigrating comments about women and allegations of sexual assault against him.

Mr. Biden told a crowd in Tampa, Florida, that all Americans should be disturbed by the way Mr. Trump talks about women.

“All kidding aside, this guy has got a fixation. Have you ever heard anybody ever talk as much about and be so preoccupied with women’s bodies?” Mr. Biden said. “Their shape, whether or not they’re good or bad. A guy who said what he said to Bully Bush that because he’s famous, because he is wealthy, he has the right … to commit sexual assault? Because that is the definition of sexual assault.”

Mr. Biden was referring to 2005 comments in which Mr. Trump said he’s able to grope women because of his celebrity status. The businessman has apologized for his comments and has said he never acted in that manner.

But at least a dozen women have come forward to accuse Mr. Trump of sexual assault, and Mr. Biden said those allegations, combined with the Republican’s own words, should disqualify him from the presidency.

“This guy doesn’t deserve to be president by any count. He really doesn’t,” the vice president said.

Aside from bashing Mr. Trump, Mr. Biden also told Florida voters they once again hold the key to the election. Should Democrat Hillary Clinton win Florida, the vice president said, Mr. Trump’s path to victory will be shut off.

“It gets down to Florida, Florida, Florida,” Mr. Biden said. “It’s going to decided [by Florida]. You guys win Florida, it’s just done, over, there’s no path for him.”
