CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle in the parking lot of a Casper restaurant has been identified.

The Casper Star-Tribune (https://bit.ly/2eSpy1g ) reports the Natrona County Coroner’s Office identified the woman Tuesday as 64-year-old Sharon Vukad.

Casper police say the woman was hit around 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a Pizza Hut in the southwestern part of the city.

Vukad was taken to the hospital where she died of her injuries. Police say they have spoken to the driver of the vehicle involved but have not identified that person.

The newspaper reports the driver remained on scene, and police don’t believe the collision was intentional.
