Reality-TV star Khloe Kardashian has renewed her divorce complaint against former NBA player Lamar Odom, reportedly because he had relapsed and began drinking again.
The celebrity-news site TMZ reported that the papers were filed Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to TMZ, Ms. Kardashian had first filed for divorce in December 2013 but, while it was pending, Mr. Odom had a near-death experience involving drug use at a Nevada brothel. She withdrew the papers to help his recovery, TMZ reported.
But the reality-TV star saw pictures of Mr. Odom drinking in March, causing her to re-file the papers, TMZ reported, adding that the divorce is amicable and the couple have a pre-nuptial agreement.
Khloe becomes the second Kardashian to divorce an NBA player. Her sister Kim was married to Kris Humphries, now of the Atlanta Hawks, for 72 days in 2011 before divorcing him.
