JAKARTA, Indonesia — Indonesia says 10 citizens held hostage after hijacking of ship in Philippine waters.

The Indonesia Foreign Ministry says in a statement Tuesday that the owner of the tug boat and coal barge has received telephone calls purportedly from militant group Abu Sayyaf and demanding a ransom.
