Yup, the headline says it all.
Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton would like you to believe she raises $27 contributions from everyday people like myself and you to fund her campaign. The cold hard truth is that she doesn’t.
George and Amal Clooney are hosting a fundraising dinner for Mrs. Clinton at their Los Angeles home next month, the tickets to the event will cost a incredible $33,400 each.
But a seat at a table with Mrs. Clinton herself will cost a whole lot more.
For a seat at the head table, tickets will cost $353,000. Republicans quickly pounced, with the Republican National Committee research director Raj Shah tweeting: “It’s like she’s charging each couple what she charges colleges for her paid speeches.”
