Hillary Clinton continued racking up wins across the South on Tuesday night, claiming a resounding victory in Florida amid strong support from minority voters.

Networks called the race for Mrs. Clinton just after the polls closed at 8 p.m. With about 77 percent of precincts reporting, Mrs. Clinton had about 65 percent of the vote, to 32 percent for Sen. Bernard Sanders of Vermont. The win will add to Mrs. Clinton’s already commanding lead in the delegate race.

The win came as little surprise. Heading into Tuesday, the most recent Real Clear Politics average of all polls gave Mrs. Clinton at 28-point advantage.

Mrs. Clinton has swept the South so far in this Democratic primary, crushing Mr. Sanders in Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, South Carolina, and elsewhere.

In each state, minority voters have been key to Mrs. Clinton’s victory, and they made up the majority of the Democratic electorate in Florida on Tuesday, exit polls showed.
