Donald Trump has been asked to take a detour from the campaign trail Friday to view a bathroom tile that a Virginian supporter believes bears a striking resemblance to the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.
Clayton Litten of Midlothian, told a local CBS News affiliate Wednesday that he was admiring his freshly remodeled bathroom from the toilet when he saw Mr. Trump in a floor tile “clear as day.”
“What are the odds?” Mr. Litten said. “One in a trillion? It’s a perfect image of him.”
The awestruck Trump supporter told CBS that he conferred with the workers who installed his new floor and claimed that they too admitted to seeing the presidential hopeful’s likeness.
The station has since sent a photograph of the tile back to the company and is awaiting “further analysis,” it reported Wednesday.
Mr. Litten, who said he has terminal lung cancer, has reached out to the Trump campaign in hopes of having him take a look for himself when he swings through Virginia for a rally Friday in Richmond.
“I have not yet heard from anyone yet,” he said.
Mr. Trump is currently slated to attend a rally Friday evening at the Richmond Coliseum, a 12,000-person arena in the Virginia’s capital city.
