Actress Selma Blair was reportedly rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Monday after she suffered a breakdown on a Delta flight home from Cancun.

Ms. Blair was traveling home from a vacation with her 4-year-old son Arthur and his father, Jason Bleick. Ms. Blair had surprised Mr. Bleick, her ex-boyfriend, with a trip to the Mexican resort city as a Father’s Day gift and posted photos of the two together on social media.

Witnesses on a flight from Cancun to Los Angeles told TMZ that Ms. Blair was in first class and drinking wine. Witnesses claimed she appeared to put something in her glass and mixed it in.

Passengers told TMZ that Ms. Blair started crying and shouting, “He burns my private parts. He won’t let me eat or drink.”

“He beats me. He’s going to kill me,” she allegedly said.

A source familiar with the situation told People magazine: “She was met by paramedics at LAX as soon as her plane arrived. It looks like she had taken a combination of prescription medication with alcohol. We don’t know what sort of prescription medications.”

TMZ reported that Ms. Blair was removed from the plane by stretcher.
