The French terrorist who assassinated a cop and his girlfriend on Monday night used Facebook Live to debate the execution of their child.
Larossi Abballa, 25, stabbed police commander Jean-Baptiste Salvaing, 42, in his Magnanville home on Monday. The Islamic State-supporting terrorist then killed Jessica Schneider, 36, before starting Facebook Live to discuss the crimes.
“I don’t know yet what I’m going to do with him,” Abballa said in reference to the couple’s 3-year-old child, Fusion reported Tuesday. Police stormed the home, killed Abballa, and rescued the child.
Facebook soon took down the 12-minute video and issued a statement to CNN.
“Terrorists and acts of terrorism have no place on Facebook. Whenever terrorist content is reported, we remove it as quickly as possible. We treat take-down requests by law enforcement with the highest urgency,” the statement read.
Abballa told police prior to his death that he had accepted an order by the Islamic State “to kill infidels at home with their families.”

In addition to the murder weapon, authorities also found a hit-list with the names of journalists, musicians and other police officers.
“The killer said he was a practicing Muslim, was observing Ramadan, and that three weeks ago he had pledged allegiance to … Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi,” Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said, Reuters reported Tuesday.
Abballa was briefly jailed in 2013 for helping Islamic terrorists reach Pakistan, Mr. Molins said. The terrorist was also under regular security service surveillance prior to the killings on Monday.
