Presumed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump slammed the FBI’s decision Tuesday to not recommend charges against his Democrat counterpart Hillary Clinton for her secret email account, saying the justice system is “rigged.”

“The system is rigged. General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment,” Mr. Trump tweeted shortly after FBI Director James B. Comey announced the decision.

Mr. Trump also tweeted: “FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow! #RiggedSystem.”

Mr. Trump in the first tweet was referring to former four-star Army Gen. and CIA Director David Petraeus, who was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay a $100,000 fine for leaking classified material. Mr. Petraeus divulged national security information to his biographer, a woman with whom he also was having an extramarital affair.
