Wide receivers are notoriously vocal when it comes to their on-field accomplishments.
New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall is no different from his ball hawking brethren.
Earlier today, Marshall showed off his brand new Porsche in an Instagram video, but he wasn’t just showing the world his sweet new ride. He was trying to entice Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers to take him on a bet. The bet? If Brown gets more receiving yards this year, Brown gets Marshall’s Porsche. But if Marshall has more receiving yards than Brown, Marshall gets Brown’s new Rolls Royce.
It’s quite a bold proposal for Marshall. While Marshall’s 1,502 receiving yards last year was the second-most in a single season for Marshall and fourth-most in the NFL, Brown finished with 332 more yards than Marshall. Plus…clearly Brown’s Rolls Royce has a paint job inspired by the Steelers. How much does it cost to repaint a Rolls Royce?
TMZ reached out to Brown to see if he was going to accept Marshall’s bet. Brown doesn’t really believe Marshall is serious. But, on the off chance that he is, Brown is game.
“He don’t really wanna do that,” Brown told TMZ. “He just wants some PR. He too old to be doing that.”

“If he really serious, call me … I’ll gladly accept,” Brown continued. “Don’t Internet it.”
It’ll definitely spice things up in the competition of the NFL’s see if Brown best receiver. Right now, Brown hold the throne. But will others want to get in on the bet? What can Odell Beckham Jr. put on the table. How about DeAndre Hopkins? Does he want to be included in the deal?
If it ends up just being Marshall and Brown in the high stakes risk, well, Brown pointed out one little thing that makes the stakes a little unfair.
“The RR is about $100k (more than the porsche).”
