Jen Selter, a famous Instagram model with a large following behind her, was reportedly excused from jury duty in New York after she convinced a judge she was too superficial to be fair and unbiased.

A source told the New York Post’s Page Six on Thursday that “the preternaturally pert Jen Selter, whose ’belfies’ have won her 10 million followers, told the judge she couldn’t be on a jury because she’s too superficial.”

“She told the judge she could not serve because she grew up with ADHD and she judges people by their body language,” explained Page Six. “She got let out.”

Ms. Selter, who has never hired a personal trainer, launched her social media stardom three years ago when she posted a single image of herself wearing yoga pants.

“I took one of, like a side of my butt in yoga pants and that picture went viral,” she told ABC’s “Good Morning America” in March 2014.
