Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump went a step further Thursday in taunting Hillary Clinton about her ties to sexual deviants and accused serial abusers of women.

Mr. Trump posted an Instagram video that paired Mrs. Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, with Bill Clinton, Anthony Weiner and Bill Cosby.

It upped the ante in Mr. Trump’s challenge to Mrs. Clinton over calling him a “sexist” and claiming that she is a defender of woman.

Mr. Trump previously raised Mr. Clinton’s alleged sexual escapades, saying he was fair game if Mrs. Clinton “played the woman card.”

Mr. Trump introduced the video with a tweet: “Hillary and her friends!”

The 15-second video uses tabloid newspaper covers and photographs to shuffle through three sex scandals:

• Mr. Clinton’s affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky;

• The sexting scandal that forced Mr. Weiner, who is married to Mrs. Clinton’s closest aide Huma Abedin, to resign from Congress in 2011;

• And accusations that Mr. Cosby drugged and molested as many as 50 women over a 40-year period.

In the video, a photo of Mr. Clinton and Miss Lewinsky from the 1990s is followed by a New York Daily News cover with Mr. Clinton and the headline “Liar, liar.”

Mrs. Clinton is shown in a photograph with Mr. Wiener in the background, followed by a New York Post cover of Mr. Weiner and the headline: “Weiner’s rise and fall.”

Another photograph shows Mrs. Clinton beside Mr. Cosby.

Over the montage of scandal, audio of Mrs. Clinton on the stump plays:

“Women’s rights are human rights and human rights are women’s rights. Once and for all, let’s keep fighting for opportunity and dignity,” says Mrs. Clinton.

The video end with words on screen: “True defender of women’s rights.”
