Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said Tuesday he’s the only one taking on GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump and that everyone else is “in the witness protection program.”

“You got to take on the bully head on, and that’s what I’m doing,” Mr. Bush said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” speaking from New Hampshire. “Everybody else is in the witness protection program, I’ve noticed.”

Mr. Bush predicted Mr. Trump would not win Iowa and said the billionaire businessman is a “buddy” of the Clintons.

“And if he doesn’t win Iowa, then he’s going to have a hard time winning here, and if he doesn’t win here, then the whole thing collapses,” Mr. Bush said.

In a separate appearance on “Fox and Friends,” Mr. Bush said he personally was going to do “better than expected” in New Hampshire.

“You tell me what the expectations are, and I’ll beat it,” he said.
