DeKalb County (Ga.) police officer Robert Olsen was indicted by a grand jury on murder charges Thursday in the fatal shooting of an unarmed naked man.

Officer Olsen shot Anthony Hill, 27, on March 9 after responding to a report of a naked man running around an apartment complex. Officer Olsen claimed that Hill lunged at him in an aggressive manner.

Mr. Hill was an Air Force veteran, and his girlfriend said he struggled with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress syndrome, WSB-TV of Atlanta reported.

Officer Olsen is charged with two counts of murder, two counts of violating oath of office, one count of aggravated assault and one count of making a false statement, DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James said.

A warrant has been issued for Officer Olsen’s arrest.
