Donald Trump’s private Boeing jet had to make an emergency landing at Nashville airport on Wednesday, according to federal authorities.

The Federal Aviation Administration said the Boeing 757 had to land in Nashville in the afternoon when the pilot reported engine trouble, ABC News reported.

Mr. Trump was on his way to an evening rally in Little Rock, Arkansas, which he apparently made, though it wasn’t immediately clear how.

There was no indication the real-estate tycoon and 2016 Republican presidential contender had been in imminent danger.
