A super PAC supporting Sen. Marco Rubio’s presidential run is out with an ad Tuesday saying that 2016 GOP rivals Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz are both “right” about insults they’ve purportedly thrown at one another and touting Mr. Rubio as the “conservative who can win.”

“Ted Cruz says Donald Trump has boatloads of liberal positions,” a narrator says in the 30-second spot from Conservative Solutions PAC. “Donald Trump says Ted Cruz can’t beat the Democrats.”

“Well, they’re both right,” it says, going on to say that Mr. Rubio is the “conservative who can win, and the Clinton machine knows it.”

“If you’re not with Marco, you’re electing the Democrats,” the ad says.

Mr. Rubio finished third in Monday’s Iowa caucuses, winning about 23 percent of the vote to Mr. Cruz’s 28 percent and Mr. Trump’s 24 percent with 99 percent of precincts reporting.
