LAS VEGAS (AP) - The Latest on the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy at a Las Vegas smoke shop (all times local):

Authorities say a 13-year-old boy killed by a clerk during an attempted grab-and-run theft at a Las Vegas smoke shop was shot seven times in the back and head.
The details were disclosed Thursday in reports from police and the Clark County coroner, and from a prosecutor who has seen store video of the slaying last week.
Police say store surveillance video shows defendant Raad Sunna opened fire even though he wasn’t endangered by the teen, Fabriccio Patti, or his two companions, ages 14 and 15.
Police say an autopsy found all of Patti’s wounds were to the back of his body, including one that prosecutor Frank Coumou (FRAHNK’ KOH’-moh) says hit his head.
The 24-year-old Sunna appeared in court for the first time with attorney Dominic Gentile (jen-TEEL’).
A judge let Sunna remain free on $150,000 bail and house arrest pending a preliminary hearing Jan. 19.

A lawyer for a smoke shop clerk and the district attorney in Las Vegas are characterizing the fatal shooting of an unarmed 13-year-old in an apparent grab-and-run theft last week as a tragedy.
The clerk, Raad Sunna, appeared in court Thursday with attorney Dominic Gentile (jen-TEEL’), and a judge allowed him to remain free on $150,000 bail and house arrest pending a preliminary hearing Jan. 19.
He’s expected to plead not guilty to a murder charge against him.
The 24-year-old Sunna was arrested Monday. Police say store surveillance video of the Friday shooting shows Sunna wasn’t endangered by the slain boy, Fabriccio Patti, or two other teens, ages 14 and 15.
In separate comments, Gentile and Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson called the case a tragedy for the families involved.
