FULLERTON, Calif. (AP) - Tre Coggins scored 24 points and Cal State Fullerton rolled to a 99-56 victory over Division II Bethesda on Friday night.

Coggins was 8 of 13 from the field and made five 3-pointers. He scored 16 points and made four 3s in the first half as the Titans built a 49-23 lead and cruised from there.

Khalil Ahmad had 12 points and Arkim Robertson added 11 for Cal State Fullerton (6-7), which shot 49 percent from the floor, but just 42 percent on 16-of-38 shooting from the free-throw line.

Austen Awosika and Jackson Rowe had 10 points apiece for the Titans. Rowe grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds.

Buddha Boyd had 12 points to lead Bethesda, who made just 19 of 79 field goals (24 percent).

The Titans host Hawaii on Jan. 5 to open their Big West Conference schedule.
