MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - The Latest on the vote by Alabama’s members of the Electoral College (all times local):
12:30 p.m.
Alabama’s nine presidential electors have all cast their ballots for Republican president-elect Donald Trump.
The vote came Monday during an elaborate ceremony at the state Capitol in Montgomery.
Electors met in the ornate old House chamber where Alabama voted to secede from the Union in 1861. The Auburn University band played, and a member of the military sang the National Anthem.
Outside, dozens of Trump opponents marched and chanted, urging the electors to abstain from voting or vote for someone other than Trump.
But the New York businessman carried Alabama easily in the general election, and all the state’s electors stuck with Trump and his running mate, vice president-elect Mike Pence.

More than three dozen Trump opponents marched, chanted and carried signs outside the Capitol on Monday before the state’s representatives to the Electoral College gathered inside.
None of the state’s electors has said they will vote against Trump, who easily carried the heavily Republican state in November.
State Capitol police and a few Trump supporters watched the demonstration from across a street.

Alabama members of the Electoral College are gathering to cast their votes for Donald Trump.
Electors are gathering across the country Monday to cast their official votes for president.
Alabama Republican Party Chairwoman Terry Lathan said the state’s electors are “rock solid 100 percent” behind Trump. Trump won Alabama with more than 62 percent of the vote.
All of Alabama’s nine electors told The Associated Press they intend to stick with Trump. They cited both their belief in him as president and the oath they took to vote as the majority of Alabama voters did.
A final demonstration by people opposed to Trump becoming president is scheduled outside the Alabama Statehouse ahead of Monday’s vote.
