The FBI expects to release imminently key documents in its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, including notes of its interview with the Democratic presidential nominee.
According to a report on CNN, citing “multiple law enforcement officials,” the report the FBI sent to the Justice Department on its recommendation not to prosecute Mrs. Clinton could be released as early as Wednesday.
In addition, CNN reported, the FBI expects to release its agents’ notes from the interview she gave at FBI headquarters, papers called the “302.”
“The report is about 30 pages, and the 302 is about a dozen pages according to the officials,” CNN reported.
Other investigative materials in the case which the agency gave to Congress, including interviews with Clinton aides, will not be part of this public release, the officials told CNN.
