Donald Trump’s newly installed campaign manager said Thursday that people can expect to see more policy speeches from Mr. Trump akin to two he delivered earlier this week, saying “immigration week” and “education week” are forthcoming.

“He’s going to give these policy speeches, and I’m thrilled that we’ve gotten so much coverage this week just on the first two speeches,” Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said on CNN’s “New Day.”

“You’ll see more of those. Next week is immigration week, followed by education week,” she said.

The Republican presidential nominee has made the idea of constructing a wall along the United States’ southern border that he says Mexico will pay for a cornerstone of his campaign, and he has also talked about the issue of school choice on the trail.

Mr. Trump delivered a speech on combating terrorism on Monday in Ohio, and spoke about race relations and law enforcement on Tuesday in Wisconsin in the wake of the recent shooting death of a black man by a black police officer in Milwaukee.

“I think we’re going to sharpen the message, and we’re going to make sure Donald Trump is comfortable about being in his own skin, that he doesn’t lose that authenticity that you simply can’t buy and a pollster can’t give you,” Ms. Conway said.

“Voters know if you’re comfortable in your own skin,” she said. “And let him be him in this sense: [If] he wants to deliver a speech, if he wants to go to a rally, if he wants to connect with the crowd in a way that’s very spontaneous, that’s wonderful, and that’s how he got here.”

“That’s how he became the nominee, in large part,” she said. “But at the same time, we have some really serious, pressing problems in this country that I’m hoping will start to be addressed more by the media.”

On Wednesday, the Trump campaign installed Ms. Conway as campaign manager and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon as the campaign’s CEO.

Paul Manafort remains the campaign’s chairman and chief strategist. In June, Mr. Trump fired Corey Lewandowski, who had been his campaign manager during the GOP primary season.
