Court documents leaked to an entertainment website claim actor Johnny Depp cut off his fingertip while high on ecstasy and accused his wife Amber Heard of adultery with a message scrawled in blood.

TMZ has obtained three images related to the actor’s upcoming domestic abuse case with Ms. Heard: a mirror with “Starring Billy Bob and Easy Amber” allegedly written with a mixture of blue ink and blood; Mr. Depp’s disfigured finger; and a shot of the finger after being treated by Australian doctors in March 2015.

“Amber’s version goes … she’s a painter and had dark blue paint in the room. She claims Johnny dipped what remained of his forefinger in the paint and then used the gnarly digit to write various words on the wall, including ’Billy Bob’ and ’Easy Amber,’ ” the website reported Monday.

The catalyst for Mr. Depp’s adultery claims is said to be his wife’s role in the film “London Fields,” which stars actor Billy Bob Thornton. She denies ever sleeping with Mr. Thornton and said her husband accused her of cheating on him with multiple individuals.

Representatives for Ms. Heard, 30, told TMZ that Mr. Depp, 53, did not seek medical assistance for his injured finger for over 24 hours.

The two actors are locked in a bitter divorce case that hinges on whether the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star admits to abuse charges stemming from a May 21 incident.

Sources told TMZ that Ms. Heard’s camp wants to settle the divorce proceedings for roughly $8 million, including lawyers’ fees. The case is scheduled to go to trial Wednesday.
