A new ad from Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton goes after GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump and concludes that Mrs. Clinton is “the one tough enough” to stop Mr. Trump.

“He says we should punish women who have abortions … that Mexicans who come to America are rapists … and that we should ban Muslims from coming here at all,” a narrator says, as clips of Mr. Trump speaking are played as well.

“Donald Trump says we can solve America’s problems by turning against each other. It’s wrong, and it goes against everything New York and America stand for,” Mrs. Clinton says in a clip.

“With so much at stake, she’s the one tough enough to stop Trump: Hillary Clinton,” the ad says.

Mrs. Clinton is looking to build up support ahead of the April 19 primary in New York.

A previous New York-themed ad from Mrs. Clinton had alluded to Mr. Trump — even including an image of a “Coming 2016: Trump” sign — but did not mention him aloud by name.
