A reporter with the U.K. MailOnline has successfully bought forged passport, ID card, and driver’s license from a Turkish-based forger who confirmed that ISIS fighters are buying the same type of travel documents to infiltrate Europe and set up sleeper cells for future attacks. The documents cost the reporter $2000 and were under the name of a real man who was killed earlier in the Syrian conflict. This means an ISIS terrorist could establish identity in a Western country with no criminal record or suspicion of a terrorist agenda, preventing authorities from stopping a terrorist strike.

The forger also boasted to the reporter that the documents are being used by purely economic migrants to find a better life in Europe. The passports are being obtained by “refugees” with frightening ease as blank documents were stolen in Syria and then are completed with identities of the dead with new photos of the imposter. The new identities could also help terrorists obtain an asylum status in Europe or the United States.

“ISIS fighters are among the people going to Europe in this way. They are going to wait for the right time to become a fighter for ISIS again,” said the forger.

Lebanese officials warned U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday during a trip to the Middle East that two in every 100 refugees are ISIS terrorists who will strike at Europe in the future when the time is right. The forger told MailOnline, “Everyone wants to be Syrian now – because now everyone welcomes Syrians. There are Palestinians, Egyptians, Iraqis, people from all over the Arab world who are pretending to be Syrian so they can have a new life in Europe.”
