Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says he does indeed man his own Twitter account much of the time and that after about 7 p.m. he’s usually the one doing the work.
“Well, between Twitter and Facebook, I guess I’m about 8 million people or more, and I tweet myself,” Mr. Trump told the Christian Broadcasting Network’s David Brody, as the two were riding in a golf cart at one of Mr. Trump’s courses in California. “Now, sometimes I’ll dictate during the day, but during the evening when you see it after about seven o’clock, usually it’s me actually doing the work.”
“And I have fun doing it, and I have great people - it’s @realDonaldTrump - and I have a tremendous following,” Mr. Trump said. “And many evangelicals, as you know. And I tweet myself.”
