MILWAUKEE — Vowing to repeal Obamacare, Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina railed against big government that she said was crushing America’s innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.

“The secret sauce of America is innovation and entrepreneurship,” the former Hewlett-Packard CEO said at the GOP debate at the Milwaukee Theater.

A central feature of Mrs. Fiorina’s campaign has been her drive to cut back on big government and crony capitalism that she says is strangling the economy.
Mrs. Fiorina called President Obama’s health care law the worst example of “crony capitalism.”

She said the American spirit was being crushed by Obamacare, a tax code that is thousands of pages long, reams of federal regulations and “government bureaucrats who don’t do their jobs well and are not held accountable.”

Her plan included replacing Obamacare with health care system subjected to free-market forces, more transparency of insurance companies and allowing states to create insurance pools for high-risk individuals.
