The attendance was 83,624, the smallest of the crowds at this year’s three regular-season games at Wembley Stadium. … Houston tied a franchise record with seven sacks to help the Texans to a 20-6 win over the Tennessee Titans. … Arizona overcame four turnovers to win in Cleveland for the first time since 1985, topping the Browns 34-20. The Cardinals had lost their two previous games in Cleveland. They were based in St. Louis the last time they won on Lake Erie’s shoreline. … San Diego’s Philip Rivers went 28 for 37 for 301 yards, his franchise-record fifth consecutive 300-yard game. … Arizona’s Chris Johnson rushed 30 times for 109 yards as Arizona topped Cleveland 34-20, becoming the first Cardinals player with four 100-yard rushing games in a season since Stump Mitchell also had four in 1985.

Jay Cutler threw a touchdown pass in Chicago’s 23-20 loss to Minnesota, giving him 137 as a member of the Bears and tying Sid Luckman’s club record. … Oakland’s Charles Woodson had one interception in the Raiders’ 34-20 win against the New York Jets, giving him 65 for his career and tying Ken Riley for fifth on the NFL’s all-time list. … Houston’s DeAndre Hopkins had eight catches for 94 yards in the Texans’ 20-6 win over Tennessee. New Orleans and the New York Giants combined for 13 touchdown passes and 101 points in the Saints’ 52-49 win Sunday. The 13 combined touchdown passes were the most in NFL history in a single game, surpassing the previous record of 12 on Nov. 2, 1969, by the Saints (six) and Cardinals (six). The teams’ combined total of 101 points tied for the third-highest single-game total and was the most since Nov. 28, 2004, when the Bengals (58) and Browns (48) combined for 106 points. New Orleans’ Drew Brees tied the NFL’s single-game record with seven touchdown passes and set a career high with 511 yards passing. It was Brees’ 10th career game with at least five TD passes, surpassing Peyton Manning for the most such games in NFL history. New York’s Eli Manning connected on a career-high six touchdown passes, three to fellow New Orleans native Odell Beckham Jr.

RUNNING WILD
Quarterback Alex Smith, wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas and running backs Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware all rushed for touchdowns in Kansas City’s 45-10 win over Detroit in London on Sunday. It was the first time the Chiefs had four players rush for scores in the same game since 1960, when the team was known as the Dallas Texans. Thomas ended up with 100 total yards, while West ran for 97. Travis Kelce and Jeremy Maclin caught the two TD passes in the second half. It also marked the first time in 54 years that three players (Smith, Thomas and West) scored a rushing touchdown in the first half for the club. Len Dawson, Abner Haynes and Curtis McClinton accomplished the feat on November 11, 1962.

GURLEY’S THE MAN
St. Louis’ Todd Gurley rushed for 133 yards on 20 carries in the Rams’ 27-6 win over San Francisco on Sunday, topping 100 yards for the fourth straight start to open his career. He’s the first rookie in NFL history to rush for at least 125 yards in four consecutive games. Gurley, who had a 71-yard touchdown run, has 566 rushing yards - the most in a player’s first four NFL starts in the Super Bowl era, according to the league. The last rookie with a starting streak of four straight 100-yarders at any point in the season was Edgerrin James of Indianapolis in 1999.

Aaron Rodgers was held to just 77 yards passing, the lowest of his career in a game in which he wasn’t knocked out by injury, in Green Bay’s 29-10 loss at Denver on Sunday. He finished 14 of 22 passing, was sacked three times and the Packers had just 140 yards of total offense to Denver’s 500.

Tampa Bay rookie linebacker Kwon Alexander had an interception and a fumble recovery in the Buccaneers’ 23-20 overtime win at Atlanta on Sunday, playing two days after his younger brother was killed in a fight. Alexander’s 17-year-old sibling, Broderick Taylor, was shot to death during a fight in their hometown of Anniston, Alabama. “When you talk about the true definition of a man, it’s the way he overcomes adversity and the way that he took the field,” quarterback Jameis Winston said. “We saw in his eyes that he was here for a purpose.”

Baltimore receiver Steve Smith was lost for the season when he tore the Achilles tendon in his right foot late in the third quarter of the Ravens’ 29-26 win over San Diego. … In Pittsburgh, running back Le’Veon Bell was carted off the field with a knee injury in the Steelers’ loss to Cincinnati. His right knee twisted awkwardly underneath him during a tackle by linebacker Vontaze Burfict. He didn’t put any weight on the leg as he was helped to a cart and taken from the field, a development that overshadowed Ben Roethlisberger’s return from a four-game injury absence. … Cleveland cornerback Joe Haden and safety Donte Whitner both left the Browns’ game against Arizona with concussions. … Detroit wide receiver Calvin Johnson injured his ankle in the fourth quarter against Kansas City. … San Francisco running back Reggie Bush left in the first half of a loss to St. Louis with a knee injury. … Chicago running back Matt Forte left in the third quarter against Minnesota with a knee injury. … Seattle receiver Ricardo Lockette had an injury scare at Dallas and came away with a concussion and was moving his extremities after a vicious block by Jeff Heath on a punt return. Lockette was carted off the field after a lengthy delay.
