An ISIS-linked Twitter account sent out a tweet that features a picture of Barack Obama and says: “Wanted the head of Barack Obama.”
The tweet also says “Wanted for the price of Paradise” and says the group plans “to fight to kill the leaders of Disbelief as they have no Covenant.”
