Barack Obama is more than just sympatric to Iran. He is the Iranian Candidate. Mr. Obama is more concerned about Iran than he is about America.
It is not an understatement to call Iran America’s enemy. This is a nation whose leaders regularly lead chants of “Death to America.” Iran was responsible for a number of terrorist acts against America, including the bombing of the Marine Barracks in Beirut in 1983.
Mr. Obama has been working overtime to help the Iranians. He has released frozen Iranian assets in America. Every deal he makes is much more favorable to Iran than it is to the West.
Now, Amir Hossein Motaghi has defected from Iran. The significance of his defection is important. What he has to say is far more alarming. Before his defection, Mr. Motaghi was a high-level media aid to Iranian leader Hassan Rouhani. He managed publicity and press for Mr. Rouhani in his 2013 election. While traveling to Switzerland to cover the 5+1 nuclear talks, Mr. Motaghi defected and requested asylum in Switzerland.
What he has to say about the talks should scare every real American. Mr. Motaghi said that at the talks between Iran, the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany, the primary role of the American delegation is to speak on Iran’s behalf.
Mr. Motaghi said, “The U.S. negotiating team are mainly there to speak on Iran’s behalf with other members of the 5+1 countries and convince them of a deal.”
Why is America acting as Iran’s agent? Why is the American team lobbying the rest of the world to allow Iran to become a nuclear power?
The only foreign policy initiative Barack Obama seems interested, other than anything that will hurt America, is to help Iran. At the beginning of 2015, there was a bipartisan consensus in Congress for a new Iran sanctions bill. Mr. Obama not only announced he would veto the bill if it came to his desk, he actively worked to twist arms on the Democratic side to break support for the bill.
According to other reports, Mr. Obama threatened to shoot down Israeli bombers if Israel attacked Iran’s nuclear facilities.
Mr. Obama not too long ago was gushing over Iran, saying Iran could become a very successful regional power.
What lunatic thinks that a nation that threatens to start World War III to bring about the Islamic equivalent of the Second Coming would make a good regional power?
More importantly, why is Mr. Obama so obsessed in helping Iran? He has stabbed every American ally in the back. The most recent Obama duplicity was the release of reams of previously secret materials on Israel’s nuclear weapons program.
Liberals go bat guano crazy when I say that Mr. Obama is cheering for the enemy. No, this is far worse. He is actively aiding America’s enemies.
Where are the Republicans? They are too cowardly to fight Mr. Obama on anything, even when Mr. Obama works for the enemy. Where are the Democrats? They march in lock step, even when Mr. Obama does his best to help a lunatic nation get nuclear weapons.
Many conservative writers and talkers have said Mr. Obama is incompetent as a leader and point to the many disasters in American foreign policy in the last few years.
No, this isn’t incompetence. Mr. Obama has an agenda and that agenda is to hurt America and help America’s enemies.
He has been very successful in his agenda so far.
