Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who jumped into the 2016 presidential race Wednesday, is a “scientific anomaly” worthy of further study — and that’s according to his own campaign website.
The contention comes under a section titled “Seven Things You Didn’t Know About Bobby,” which also says he renamed himself at the age of 4 after the youngest son on “The Brady Bunch.”
Mr. Jindal told CNBC’s John Harwood earlier this year that a lot of the time, he’ll get so busy that he’ll skip lunch.
“I’ve got to remember to eat,” he said. “I’ve got a high metabolism, running after kids. If you keep doing this long-term it’s going to be bad for your body.”
Under a section titled “Daily Routine,” the blog post on his website says two things are consistent in keeping Mr. Jindal going: “daily exercise … and daily chocolate chip cookies.”
“Bobby starts each morning with a hard workout and recovers with a recovery meal of chocolate, carbs and sugar,” the post reads. “Bobby is a scientific anomaly; and scientists should probably study him.”
