OPINION:
Jimmy Carter is smiling and Warren Harding is rolling over in his grave as neither is any longer in competition as America’s worst-ever president. That distinction now goes solely to Barack Obama.
His position was cemented this week when after two years of ISIS devastation around the globe he announced that he is waiting for the Pentagon to provide him a strategy to eradicate these terrorists.
While 10,000 innocents are savagely killed by ISIS the president makes a speech at the Coast Guard Academy announcing that climate change is our greatest national security issue. Then at a G-7 meeting (it used to be G-8 but they kicked out Vladimir Putin, the only real leader in the lot), he and the other six lemmings failed to mention a strategy to combat ISIS but announced they will prevent world temperatures from increasing more than 2 degrees Celsius.
Since the beginning of time tyrants, terrorists, savages and evil peoples have been defeated by noble nations and people but no one has been able to control world weather and climate.
The president can give us all his spin on how it is the fault of George W. Bush that we still have not fully recovered from the recession, that somehow the ghost of presidents past has caused real income to drop nearly $2000 on average per person during his administration, that he was only kidding when he said we could keep our doctors and insurance policies while rates would drop $2500 per family under Obamacare, that Fox News created the IRS and Benghazi scandals, and that it is police oppression rather than thugs and Democratic policies that are leading to uncontrollable chaos in minority precincts. He will still be the worst president in American history.
