The news about the hacking of the Office of Personnel Management computer systems reminds me of Hillary Clinton’s email server ’problems.’ More than one cybersecurity expert has mentioned that it is 99.99-percent certain that Mrs. Clinton’s email server was hacked.

For example, the moment she stepped off the plane in any country the hackers were very likely probing her cellphone. Has anyone talked to the person who set up and maintained her server? What kind of firewall was on the server? What extra security software was on her cellphone?

Mrs. Clinton’s boss was President Obama. Did he actually approve her use of a private server for government business? Of course, we will never get the answers to these questions. After all, the Clintons do not follow the same rules we ordinary people must follow.

The joke about asking China for her emails is most likely not a joke.
