A new video from the Islamic State shows a clip from one of the group’s terrorists bluntly telling President Obama: Watch out — we’re going to cut off your head.
The terrorist, dressed in black and with a covering over his face, is shown in the video venting against the United States — and shortly after, beheading what the Middle East Media Research Institute TV Monitor Project described as a Kurdish soldier.
His words, Newsmax reported: “Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America. Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province.”
The man’s statements were translated from Arabic to English by MEMRI TV; the video was also posted to the organization’s website.
The Daily Mail said the video also included a threat for France and Belgium, as well as one for Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani.
The message to those nations: “We advise you that we will come to you with car bombs and explosive charges and will cut off your heads. … As for you, oh Masoud, you dog, we are going to behead you and throw you into the trash bin of history. Know that we are men who fear none. We will institute the laws of Allah, may he be exalted and praised.”

The terrorist in the video also referred to the Kurdish captive, right before he beheaded him, as “one of your soldiers,” and threatened Mr. Barzani that “every time you launch a missile, we will send you back the head of one of your soldiers. You are killing children and bombarding civilians while claiming that this is forbidden in your constitution.”
