White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest used a press conference on Friday to poke fun at Tom Brady’s failure to explain the use of deflated footballs during the Patriot’s game against the Indianapolis Colt.

In response to a question about what President Obama thought about ’deflategate’ on Friday, Mr. Earnest said “For years, it’s been clear that there is no risk that I was going to take Tom Brady’s job as quarterback of the New England Patriots. But I can tell you that as of today, it’s pretty clear that there’s no risk of him taking my job either.”

Mr. Earnest went on to say that neither he nor the president had any thoughts to share on the Patriots or Tom Brady.
