Oskar Michelsen scored 20 points, Brian Sullivan hit a 3-pointer with one second left in regulation and Davidson outscored George Mason in overtime for an 80-73 win on Saturday.

Tyler Kalinoski had 18 points and Sullivan 17 for the Wildcats (14-4, 5-2 Atlantic 10), which went 9 of 12 from the foul line in overtime.

George Mason (6-12, 1-5 A10) only had two free throws while missing its first eight shots and a turnover before hitting two late 3-pointers. Marquise Moore had 18 points and Shevon Thompson had 15 and 15 rebounds.

Sullivan’s dramatic, long, off-balance, contested 3-pointer came after Jalen Jenkins missed two free throws with 12 seconds to play.

Davidson led 38-31 at the half, shooting 52 percent, but made just 12 of 31 shots after that. Moore and Thompson brought the Patriots back with a combined 25 points after halftime.
