Blue Max Meats has an interesting product on its shelves for fans of Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch: “Beast Mode Sausage” packed with Skittles.

The Summit, Washington, company located just south of Seattle started started selling the candy-infused meat during last year’s Super Bowl and it caught on.

“We originally did it to put our name on the map, but we’ve kind of become a destination,” co-owner Tommy Marshall said of his and business partner Evan Greco’s creation, ESPN reported Friday.

The owners told the sports network that they have gone through 1,000 pounds of Skittles making the specialty sausage for customers.

Marshawn Lynch, whose well-known love for Skittles inspired the Blue Max Meats product, has yet to stop by for a taste, Mr. Marshall told ESPN.

The Seattle Seahawks will play the New England Patriots for the NFL championship on Feb. 1.
