The Republican National Committee’s deputy communications director is leaving to work for the political action committee of businesswoman Carly Fiorina as Ms. Fiorina ponders a possible White House bid in 2016.

Sarah Isgur Flores is leaving to join Ms. Fiorina’s group, Unlocking Potential, which raised $1.8 million for Republican Senate candidates in the 2014 election cycle, CNN first reported.

Ms. Fiorina, a former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, lost in her U.S. Senate bid in California in 2010 but has expressed interest in a possible run for the White House in 2016.
