Model Chloe Goins is reportedly filing criminal charges against Bill Cosby after she says the 77-year-old comedian drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy mansion more than six years ago.

TMZ reports that Ms. Goins, 24, and West Palm Beach attorney Spencer Kuvin met with detectives at the Los Angeles Police Department Wednesday morning.

Ms. Goins claims that when she was 18, she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Mr. Cosby while attending a party at Hugh Hefner’s mansion in Los Angeles. She claims she passed out at the party and woke up in a bedroom, naked, with Mr. Cosby masturbating and licking her toes.

The alleged incident occurred just over six years ago, and California’s statute of limitations for every sexual assault except rape is six years, TMZ reported. It is unclear if she’s alleging rape.

Mr. Kuvin said he’ll ask authorities to issue a search warrant for the Playboy mansion, Gossip Extra reported.

“I’m told there are cameras all over the house, including in several bedrooms, and I’d like to see if there is footage of my client at the mansion with Mr. Cosby,” Mr. Kuvin said.

Mr. Goins, a Las Vegas resident, is among the more than two-dozen women who have claimed Mr. Cosby sexually assaulted them in the past five decades.
