The “Terminator” just put in a subscription for Charlie Hebdo.
Arnold Schwarzenegger will receive one of three million copies being printed for the satirical French newspaper’s next addition, and then some.
“I stand w/ the ppl of France against terror & I want to send a msg so I’m subscribing. You should too. #JeSuisCharlie,” the Hollywood actor tweeted on Tuesday.
The Jan. 7 terror attacks perpetrated by brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi left 12 dead. The al Qaeda-linked brothers died in a shootout with French authorities on Jan. 16. The killings prompted a massive rally over the weekend, in which roughly 3.7 million Parisians took to the streets in support of the Je suis Charlie” (“I am Charlie”) movement.
“It was my honor to subscribe, @Charlie_Hebdo_. Now I can’t wait to see how you draw me — I know you won’t hold back,” Mr. Schwarzenegger added.
The new issue of Charlie Hebdo features a cartoon depicting Muhammad holding a “Je suis Charlie” sign.
