Planned Parenthood’s fiscal 2014 report puts the number of abortions the organization performed at 327,653.

“We’ve come a long way since Margaret Sanger was jailed in 1916 for opening America’s very first birth control clinic,” the report states before thanking the organization’s advocates for their support.

CNS News reported Wednesday that the tally, which ran from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, was 487 abortions more than the previous year. The website reported that the number of abortions performed works out to be 37 per hour, or roughly one every 90 seconds.

The Planned Parenthood report says that roughly 3 percent of its operations are dedicated to providing abortions. STI/STD testing accounted for 42 percent of the organization’s services, while contraception services came in second at 34 percent.
