NBC’s “Meet the Press” host teased this weekend’s edition by saying he would talk about President Obama’s foreign policy, which “doesn’t seem to exist.”

During MSNBC’s “Meet the Press Preview” on Friday, Chuck Todd was asked by José Díaz-Balart what National Security Adviser Susan Rice would talk about on Sunday.

“We’re going to hear today from Susan Rice about how sort of an overall foreign policy strategy — national security strategy — that right now doesn’t seem to exist in the Obama Administration,” the host replied, Mediaite reported.

Mr. Todd said that sanctions imposed on Russia after the annexation of Crimea and ongoing conflict in eastern Ukraine has not changed Vladimir Putin’s behavior, and that the Islamic State group continues to be a conundrum for the White House.

He added that the “only good news” for the president regarding the Islamic State group is that nations in the Middle East may be fed up with the Sunni radicals’ willingness to kill other Muslims.
