Parents at a daycare in the Chicago area were warned that two babies at the facility tested positive for measles — and possibly three more may be similarly diagnosed, public health officials said.

The KinderCare Learning Center in Palatine, Illinois, reported two confirmed cases and three diagnosed cases, awaiting final test results, KTLA 5 reported. Officials aren’t sure if these new measles’ cases are related to the outbreak at Disneyland in California — but they’re telling parents to keep a close eye on their babies for rashes and fever.

Children under the age of 1 can’t be vaccinated; the MMR shot is only intended for those who’ve moved out of the newborn stage.

Those infected with measles are contagious for four days before the onset of their rash and four days after it appears.
