Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal had some harsh words for fellow Republicans on Capitol Hill, calling out those he perceived as “Democrat-lite” GOPers and reminding them: You made promises to voters — now keep them.

“Do what you promised you would do when you asked us to vote for you,” he said during a Mayflower Hotel address to an American Principles Project audience, The Hill reported.

Specifically, Mr. Jindal talked about the need to repeal Obamacare and the promise that many Republicans made to do just that.

“Don’t become this cheaper Democrat,” he said, Newsmax reported. “We don’t need Democrat-lite. If the whole point of this last election was to get Boehner and McConnell nicer offices, let’s give them back.”
