A Comcast customer in Chicago is outraged after she says her cable bill was addressed to “Super Bitch Bauer” instead of her real name, just weeks after another Comcast customer received two years of complimentary cable after being addressed as “A——— Brown.”

Mary Bauer, 63, says she was shocked after opening up her bill to see her name altered to the derogatory word. She said she had repeated issues with her cable service that required her to make several calls, but said she never insulted or cursed at any Comcast employees.

“This is a disgrace to me,” she told a local CW affiliate. “Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this.”

Comcast said they are “investigating this thoroughly and will reach out to our customer.”

Just last month, Washington state resident Ricardo Brown said his billing name had been changed to “A——— Brown.” In that case, Comcast refunded the customers for two years of service and provided two free additional years, The Blaze reported.

“We have spoken with our customer and apologized for this completely unacceptable and inappropriate name change,” Comcast said at the time. “We have zero tolerance for this type of disrespectful behavior and are conducting a thorough investigation to determine what happened. We are working with our customer to make this right and will take appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again.”
