German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet with President Obama at the White House on Feb. 9, officials said Monday.
Mrs. Merkel and Mr. Obama will discuss Russia’s military aggression in Ukraine, counterterrorism operations, climate change and Germany’s plans to host the G-7 summit in June, the White House said.
The German leader will also visit Canada for meetings with Prime Minister Stephen Harper during her trip to North America.
