Jeb Bush will travel to Illinois on Wednesday to address the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.

The former Florida governor has made a series of recent appearances as he lays the foundation for a presidential run in 201.

Mr. Bush’s political action committee, Right to Rise, said in a press release that the address will focus on the nation’s most pressing problems at home and overseas.

Early polls show the 62-year-old is at or near the front of the pack of likely GOP candidates in Iowa and New Hampshire, the first two stops on the nomination calendar.
