New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is scheduled to brave the New England weather and head to New Hampshire on Monday for his first visit to the early presidential state since the 2014 midterm elections.
The possible 2016 presidential contender is scheduled to participate in roundtables with business leaders and state senators before he delivers the keynote address at the Concord & Merrimack County GOP’s 3rd annual Lincoln Reagan Day dinner, according to his political action committee.
Mr. Christie, at 13 percent, was fourth in a new poll on potential 2016 GOP contenders in the state, behind former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 18 percent, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at 15 percent, and Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky at 14 percent.
